Recommended Intake: Place 1 tablespoon (approx. 3.5g) of the tea mixture into 2 dl (approx. 1 cup) of hot water and boil for 1-2 minutes, then cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Strain and sweeten according to taste. Consume 3x1 cup of warm tea daily 30-60 minutes prior to a main meal. A therapy regimen of no more than 4 weeks is recommended, with a 2-3 month break between regimens.
