Recommended Intake: Draw a teabag with 2 dl of boiling water and steep it for 5 minutes. Because of the high concentration of active agents, one teabag may be enough for 5 dl of water if necessary. 2-5 dl suggested daily, preferably after meals. It is suggested to have 1-2 month long courses.
