Ingredients:
agrimony herb
yarrow grass
peppermint leaf
chicory root
St. John’s Wort
burdock root
frangula bark
Recommended usage: Put one tablespoon (approx. 3 g) of the tea mix into 2 dl (approx. 1 cup) of hot water, gently cook for 1-2 minutes, cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Strain and flavor according to taste. Consume 2 dl 30 minutes prior to a meal on 2-3 occassions daily. It is best to drink the prepared tea within one day. Regular consumption of this tea is recommended for no more than 4 weeks, after which a 2-3 month break is necessary.
This perscription-free therapeutic agent has medicinal effects but is not classified as a curative, with it’s effects demonstrated through the experience of folk medicine. Recommended for the treatment of mild complaints without medical supervision for those individuals prone to gall stone formation and/or those with insifficient bile excretion problems. Has a mild diuretic effect and helps to relieve constipation.
Contains no additional flavoring, coloring agents, or preservatives.
Caution: Do not consume this tea in the case of unexplained abdominal pain, acute inflammation of the intestines, intestinal obstruction, a state of fluid loss, or if you are allergic or sensitive to any of it’s ingredients. Should not be consumed by pregnant and nursing mothers, as the product’s active ingredients enter the bloodsteam. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. |
