Recommended Usage: Boil 2.5-3 dl (approx. 1 cup) water and pour over 1 tablespoon (approx. 1 g) of the tea mixture, cover and let stand 10 minutues. Strain and drink without adding sugar either one hour after a meal or irregardless of meals. Consume 1 cup of tea 3-4 times daily. It is recommended to drink this tea as a therapeutic regimen for 1-2 months, checking blood sugar regularly.
For those individuals prone to diabetes, this tea helps to fascilitate blood sugar balance and assist in reducing blood sugar levels. Has a mild diuretic effect as well. As a precautionary measure, those already suffering from diabetes should not consume this tea as there is no data about it’s effects on diabetics. For those prone to diabetes, it is recommended to consume this tea next to regular blood sugar checks.
