Recommended Usage: Boil water and pour over 2-3 filters 3-5 times daily, cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Remove filters and flavor according to taste. Consumption of this tea is recommended as a therapeutic regimen upon appearance of climax complaints.

Caution: Do not consume this tea mixture if you are allergic or sensitive to any of it’s ingredients, or in the case of gall problems (ie. gall stones or inflammation). Spearmint may worsen the unpleasant symptoms of esophagal reflux, therefore, consumption of this tea in such cases is not recommended.
