20 tea bags (apúrox. 40 grams)
Ingredients - In one tea bag (appr. 2 g.):
- 0.80 g Calendulae flos
- 0.40 g Matricariae flos
- 0.20 g Millefolii herba
- 0.20 g Rosae pseudo-fructus
- 0.20 g Foeniculi amari fructus
- 0.20 g Hyperici herba (sprout)
Usage:
Put one spoon (ca. 2 g) in a cup (appr. 250 ml) and pour boiling hot water on it, leave it to rest for 10-20 minutes. Filter and drink it warm, sweetened with honey, after or during taking a meal. Take 2-3 cups a day
Consume it for 1-2 months per cure, stop taking it, if adverse effects are noticed. |
