Stevia Fluid Nova is a translucent extract which contains 20% Stevia diluted with filtered water. This extract is recommended for those who have not yet used stevia as a sweetener. The extract is sweet, but less concentrated than the syrup. A drop of the fluid is equal to approx. 1-2 sugar cubes. Excellent for cooking and baking.
