Recommended Usage: Put one level tablespoon (approx. 3.5 g) of the tea mix into 2 dl (approx. 1 cup) of hot water, cook gently for 1 minute then cover and let stand for 10 minutes. Strain and add honey or sugar according to taste. Consume 1 warm mug (2 dl) of prepared tea 2-3 times per day 30 minutes prior to a meal.
Consumption of this tea is recommended for those individuals prone to obesity and for those who would like to lose weight. It may be a useful complement to a weight loss diet.

Caution: Please do not consume this tea in the case of unexplained abdominal pain, acute inflammation of the intestines, intestinal obstruction, a state of liquid loss, or in the case of sensitivity to any of it’s components. May cause gastro-intestinal cramping in some cases. Should not be consumed by pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, as the product’s active ingredients enter the bloodsteam.

Warning: Consumption of this tea is not recommended while taking medication for the following: cardiac rhythm regulators, cardiac glycosides, thiazide diuretics, adrenal hormones, or those containing licorice. This tea consumed alongside the above listed drugs may change the effect of the medication.
While consuming this tea, it is important to eat a diet low in calories and high in fiber. Drink atleast 2-2.5 liters of liquid daily and comply to the recommended dosage.
Care should be taken to avoid prolonged application of the tea (approx. 4 weeks). It is recommended to consume the tea for one month continually, then to take a 2-3 month break. (If necessary, consume another, antranoid-free, preparation during this break period).
