Put one level teaspoon (approx. 2,8g) of the tea mix into 2 dl (approx. 1 cup) of hot water, cook gently for 1 minute then cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add honey or sugar according to taste. Consume 1 warm mug of prepared tea 2-5 times per day.
This product has medicinal effects but is not classified as a curative, with it’s effects demonstrated through the experience of folk medicine. The tea has a slight diaphoretic and antispasmodic effect. In case of a minor cold, may be used alone to help treat the cold, while may be used as a supplementary treatment to drug therapy in case of a stronger cold.
