As far as I can get it from the Hungarian description, it is an "improved" version of the original PX4 but one of the components is different. Instead of the "Phellinus linteus" extract in the original PX4, the PX4/S has the "Hericium species" extract. I talked to a naturopathic doctor he told me the original PX4 containing "Phellinus linteus" is better for helping people with liver, brain and prostate tumor or lime disease, he said, for all other tumors the PX4/S should be a better choice. To bad many of this info is not available in English...
