This product contains powdered fruit plant extract with natural vitamin C and minerals. It assists in the absorption of polysaccharides through the digestive system.
Acerola is a tropical fruit-bearing shrub or small tree native to Brazil. It's fruit resembles the European cherry. Just one ripe acerola cherry's natural content of vitamin C is 4.5%, which significantly exceeds the amount of vitamin C contained in other fruits also rich in the vitamin. For example, the vitamin C content of a ripe, peeled orange is merely 0.05%.
This product contains uniquely pulverized ripe acerola concentrate, which contains at least 17% natural vitamin C. Besides being rich in vitamin C, acerola has also been identified to have more than 150 other components, including iron, vitamin A, thiamin, riboflavin, and magnezium. Thanks to the unique combination of vitamins and minerals which comprise AcerolaC, it's effectiveness in protecting cells and guarding against free radicals far outweighs that of artificial vitamin C products.
