Active ingredients in the recommended daily intake for adults (20 drops):
Recommended Intake: 20 drops daily for adults, 10 drops daily for children to be diluted in water, tea, or fruit juice.
Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin and an effective antioxidant. It contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and assists the absorption of iron. Consumption of this vitamin is recommended for those consuming a one-sided diet, recovery after an illness, and/or fatigue and exhaustion.
